Do you accept credit cards?

We accept the cards Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Maestro.

Do you accept holiday vouchers?

We don't accept holiday vouchers.

Do you accept pets?

We accept pets ate the hotel with an extra charge of 20 euros per night and in our restaurants at no extra charge.

Do you have a parking?

We have a private outdoor parking.

Is the bar open to outside customers?

The bar welcomes guests from 8 am to 11 pm.

The hotel

What is your cancellation policy?

We debit 30% of the total amount of your stay as a deposit upon booking. In case of cancellation more than 72 hours of your arrival, we keep your deposit for one year, you can reuse it as credit for another reservation. In case of cancellation between 72 and 24h, we keep the deposit that will no longer be reusable. In case of cancellation less than 24 hours, we charge the entire stay.

When are you open?

Our hotel is open from Thursday the 14th of February to the 15th of December 2019, closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from the month of November.

Do you have a SPA? From a sports hall?

We have a spa with treatment cabin and a wellness area with an indoor swimming pool

The gastronomic

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation free of charge until 72:00 before booking. Cancellation charged 100 € per person less than 72h00 before booking.

When are you open?

Open from Thursday for lunch to Monday for dinner. 7/7 in July and August.

How far in advance do I have to reserve a table?

It is easier to reserve a table during the week, we sometimes still have availability the same day. On Saturday night you have to book about 3 months in advance.

When the weather is nice, can we eat on the terrace?

Yes as soon as the weather is right.

Can I book for a large group?

For groups from 8 people we ask for a single menu for the entire table. Up to 24 people we can accommodate the group on one large table. Beyond 24 people a privatization for a surcharge may be requested.

Can you accommodate allergies or dietary restriction?

Yes we can adapt the menus, please inform us at the time of booking.

Do you have a dress code?

An elegant outfit will be appreciated.

How long does it take to fully enjoy the experience?

To fully enjoy the experience it takes 3 hours for an 8-course tasting menu. We can adapt according to the requirements of the guests if we are informed beforehand.

What happens if I'm late?

You can arrive until 13:00 and 20:30, for any delay beyond these times we may not be able to honor your reservation fees may also be applied.

Are children accepted in the restaurant?

Yes we have a children's menu for less than 12 years for 40 €.

Do you do afternoon gouters?

The bar offers homemade pastries in the afternoon.

The Bistrot

What is your cancellation policy?

No cancellation policy except for groups.

When are you open?

The Bistro is open from Tuesday to lunch on Sunday for dinner. Open 7/7 from May.

When the weather is nice, can you eat on the terrace?

We have a terrace overlooking the bay of Talloires.


Can we buy products from the physical store online?

No products in the shop are not online. Gift vouchers for the restaurant and the hotel are on sale on our website. You can also buy the chef's book.
