We do not accept holiday vouchers.

We accept pets in the hotel with a supplement of 20 Euros per night and in our restaurants without extra charge.

Do you have a car park? We have a private, open-air car park

Is the bar open to outside customers?

The bar is open to outside customers from 8.00am to 23.00pm.

The Hotel

What is your cancellation policy?

We charge 30% of the total amount of your stay as a deposit at the moment of booking. In case of cancellation more than 72 hours before your arrival, we keep your deposit for one year, you can use it as credit for another reservation. In case of cancellation between 72 and 24 hours, we keep the deposit which cannot be reused. In case of cancellation within 24 hours, we will charge the total amount of the stay.

When are you open?

Our hotel is open every day. Annual closure between mid December and mid January.

Do you have a SPA? A sports hall?

Our Spa consists of treatment rooms and a floor dedicated to well-being, which opened on 1 September 2020. We offer treatments on reservation, yoga classes, and a sports coach on request

The gourmet restaurant

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation without charge up to 72h before the reservation. Cancellation charged €100 per person less than 72h before the reservation

How far in advance should I book a table?

It is easier to book a table during the week at the gourmet restaurant, a few days in advance. Sometimes there is still availability the same day. On Saturday night you need to book about 3 months in advance, without a room at the hotel.

"Can we eat on the terrace in fine weather?

Yes, as soon as the weather allows it.

Can I make a reservation for a large group?

For groups of 8 people or more we ask for a single menu for the whole table. Up to 24 people we can accommodate the group on one large table. For more than 24 people a privatization can be requested for an extra charge.

Can you adapt to allergies or dietary restrictions?

Yes we can adapt the menus, please inform us at the time of booking.

Do you have a dress code?

Elegant attire will be appreciated.

How long does it take to fully enjoy the experience?

To fully enjoy the experience it takes 3 hours for an 8 course tasting menu. We can adapt to the guests' requirements if we are informed in advance.

What happens if I am late?

You can arrive until 1pm and 8.30pm. For any delays beyond these times we may not be able to hold your booking and charges may also apply.

Are children allowed in the restaurant?

Yes we have a children's menu for under 12 years old at €40.

Do you make afternoon snacks?

The bar offers homemade pastries in the afternoon.

We have a terrace with a view over the bay of Talloires.

Can I buy products from the actual shop online?

We have an online shop with shipping. Gift vouchers for the restaurant and hotel as well as the various Chef's books are also on sale on our website
