A gorgeous place that inspired Paul Cezanne who painted "The Lake of Annecy".

Weekly closing:
Gourmet Restaurant: Tuesday and Wednesday (from February to June, and October to December), Tuesday noon and Friday noon (in the summertime).

Annual closing:
Hotel/Gourmet Restaurant: From December 19th  to February 10th inclusive.

To celebrate registration of the « gourmet meal à la française » intangible world heritage of UNESCO, the "Relais and Châteaux" suggested Grands Chefs Relais and Châteaux of France to imagine a "Menu à la Française". It is in this mind that Sophie Bise responded to the invitation and developed an exceptional menu. She wanted to pay tribute to her grandmother by creating a menu reinterpreting famous  Marguerite Bise courses. Sophie also wanted to acknowledge the genius of French gastronomy referring in this menu with the great Cook Carême for example, but also to a recipe that was served to Bonaparte: "Marengo"...
