Sophie Bise only works with regional and local fresh products. She makes you discover fishes from Annecy Lake or refined dishes with a perfect combination of the most savory ingredients.

The wine menu offers you an access to an exceptional cellar that combines exceptional "historical" and regional wines.

  Gourmet Restaurant: Tuesday and Wednesday (from February to June, and October to December). In the summertime, Open every day.

  Annual closing :
  Hotel/Gourmet Restaurant : From December 16th to February 13th inclusive.
